These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PredatorFinder app and website (the "Service"), provided by Broctic. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable use
The information in the Service comes from public sex-offender registries and is provided for personal safety and awareness only. You agree that you will not use any information from the Service to harass, intimidate, threaten, discriminate against, or harm any person, or to commit any crime against a registrant. Misuse of public registry information is illegal and may carry criminal penalties.
No warranty on accuracy
Records reflect what official registries publish and may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any decision affecting a person's rights, safety, employment, or housing.
Subscriptions
PredatorFinder Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broctic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
